The company was founded in Vienna in 1942 by Leopoldine Zelenka after her return from Switzerland, where she had been managing director of the Luzern branch of Gilhofer & Ranschburg. It dealt in old and modern prints, drawings and autographs and had its office at Zelenka's private address at Wohllebengasse 7 in the 4th district. It was deleted from the commercial register in 1970 following Zelenka's death.
